Good to know before your stay
These are the practical details for a ForestFrame stay, from arrival and meals to the differences between a private plunge pool and a shared one. For the full layout and rate of a particular room, use its own page rather than applying one room’s details to another.
Arrival and planning
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Use these times when planning your journey. Ask reservations about any request to arrive earlier or leave later before making those plans.
Where is ForestFrame by the River?
ForestFrame is in Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra. Use the official Google Maps pin on our location page for the final route, rather than relying on a general search for Wada. Parking is available on the property.
What should we expect from the pathways and surroundings?
The resort is built among existing mango trees, saag, bamboo and natural greenery. Paths use Kota stone placed over soil, not continuous concrete paving. Choose footwear suitable for outdoor paths and ask the team about any access or mobility requirements before booking.
Are mosquitoes and insects part of the setting?
Yes, this is a natural setting. Mosquito-repellent devices are provided in rooms. Keeping doors and glass facades closed after around 6 PM, especially when lights are on, helps reduce insects entering.
Rooms, guests and privacy
Which rooms have private plunge pools?
Amora and Skyloft have their own private plunge pools. Fern Nest has an indoor two-seater jacuzzi, while Noir Nest is beside the shared infinity pool. A bathtub or jacuzzi should not be confused with a private swimming pool.
Are the rooms separate from each other?
Yes. All four variants are separate standalone structures. Within Skyloft and Noir Nest, the sleeping areas are open-plan: two beds do not mean two separate bedrooms.
Which room should we choose for a family?
Fern Nest accommodates up to three guests, Skyloft up to four, and Noir Nest up to six. Amora is couple-only, with one child up to three years old allowed. Share the full guest count and children’s ages so reservations can confirm the suitable room and complete price.
Are small groups of friends welcome?
Small groups of friends are welcome within the room limits. Male stag or bachelor groups are not accepted. Discuss your group composition with reservations before confirming.
Are the outdoor tubs and common areas private?
Common areas are shared. Fern Nest and Noir Nest have outdoor patio bathtubs where complete privacy is not guaranteed. Amora’s patio is naturally screened by greenery, but absolute outdoor privacy is not promised. Room interiors are private accommodation.
How are children and extra guests charged?
Charges and eligibility depend on the room and the child’s age. The room rate panels show the main occupancy options and applicable extra-person entries. Give reservations the age of each child and every guest’s details before confirming the total; do not assume the lowest two-guest rate covers the whole family.
Meals, pools and experiences
Which meals are included?
Stay includes breakfast, evening hi-tea and dinner. Lunch is not included on the arrival day and may be ordered à la carte. For a 2-night stay, lunch is included on Day 2. The in-house kitchen is pure vegetarian and Jain. The dining and experiences page explains the food arrangements and optional celebration setups.
Is non-vegetarian food cooked at the resort?
No. The in-house kitchen is strictly pure vegetarian and Jain. Non-vegetarian food can be sourced locally on request and is served separately in the guest room. Discuss your request and any additional charges with reservations in advance.
When can guests use the common infinity pool?
The common pool is open 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM. It is shared by staying guests, including guests in rooms that also have a private plunge pool. These published timings refer to the common pool.
Are barbecue and movie nights available during monsoon?
No. Complimentary barbecue and open-air movie nights are seasonal and weather permitting, and are not available during monsoon. They should not be treated as guaranteed activities for every booking date.
Can we swim in or walk down to the river?
No. Guests are not permitted to access the river. Enjoy the riverside setting from the property and use the designated pools for swimming.
Can we arrange a birthday or anniversary setup?
Yes. Basic celebration decor and a candlelight dinner setup are available on advance request. The experiences page lists what each setup includes, so you can choose without confusing a decoration package with a different meal menu.
Booking and house rules
How do we confirm a booking?
Use the separate Call or WhatsApp buttons to discuss your room, dates, guest count and total. Online booking is available only when the Book Now button links to the connected booking manager; a coming-soon label is not a booking confirmation.
Can we cancel or move our confirmed dates?
Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable. Check the room, dates, guest details and total with reservations before confirming or paying.
Are taxes included in the displayed room rates?
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. Starting prices are shown with their guest and day basis. Ask reservations to confirm the full total for your dates, children, extra guests and requested add-ons.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not accepted at ForestFrame.
Can guests bring liquor or hookah?
Guests may bring their own liquor; ForestFrame does not sell or serve it. Hookah and sheesha are not allowed. Ask the team about the permitted smoking areas before your stay.
