Bookings are final and non-refundable
All confirmed ForestFrame bookings are final, strictly non-cancellable, strictly non-reschedulable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the guest cannot cancel it, move it to another date, transfer the booking amount to another stay, or request a credit or voucher.
No rescheduling under any circumstances
ForestFrame does not permit guest-requested rescheduling under any circumstances. This applies regardless of personal emergencies, illness, travel disruption, weather, change of plans, transport issues, late arrival, no-show, early departure or any other guest-side reason. The original booking dates remain final once confirmed.
No refund for unused or shortened stays
No refund, credit, voucher or adjustment is provided for cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure, partial use of the stay, reduction in guest count or reduction in the number of nights after confirmation.
Rate and booking conditions
Any booking-specific rate conditions shown before payment or stated in the booking confirmation are to be read together with this policy. They do not create a guest right to cancel, reschedule, transfer, obtain a credit or obtain a refund for a confirmed booking.
If ForestFrame cannot provide the confirmed stay
If ForestFrame itself is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation, the reservations team will contact the guest and communicate the remedy available for that affected booking. This does not create a guest right to cancel or reschedule other confirmed bookings.
External events and force majeure
Weather, government restrictions, natural events, transport disruption, utility failure or other circumstances outside the guest’s or ForestFrame’s control do not create an automatic guest right to cancel, reschedule, obtain a credit or receive a refund. Any non-waivable rights that apply under applicable law remain unaffected.
