About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations and stays at ForestFrame by the River, owned and operated by FOREST FRAME BY THE RIVER LLP. By confirming a booking, the guest making the reservation agrees to these terms on behalf of the booking party.
Reservations and availability
A stay is confirmed only after ForestFrame or the connected booking system confirms the room, dates, guest details and applicable payment requirement. Website availability, prices and room descriptions are provided in good faith but may be corrected where there is an obvious technical or pricing error before a booking is confirmed.
Guests should provide the correct number of adults and the age of every child before confirmation. Room occupancy limits and child eligibility differ by stay and must be followed.
Guest profile
ForestFrame is intended for couples and families. Male stag or bachelor groups are not accepted. ForestFrame may refuse or cancel a booking where the guest profile or occupancy materially differs from the information provided during reservation.
Rates, meals and taxes
Direct online rates are sold as meal-inclusive stays unless the booking confirmation states otherwise. The standard included meal schedule is evening hi-tea, dinner and breakfast; for a two-night stay, lunch is included on the second day. The in-house kitchen is pure vegetarian and Jain.
Rates shown by ForestFrame are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. The final payable amount shown at booking or confirmed by reservations should be checked before payment.
Check-in, check-out and deposit
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and standard check-out is 11:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of ₹7,000 per room may be collected. Late checkout, where permitted, is charged at ₹1,000 per half-hour unless a different amount is confirmed in writing.
Property use and conduct
Guests must respect the property, other guests and staff, and follow reasonable safety instructions. The river is part of the view and is not available for guest access. Common areas are shared and outdoor privacy varies by stay.
Hookah is not permitted. Outside alcohol may be allowed subject to applicable law and responsible use. Any damage, excessive cleaning requirement, missing item or breach of property rules may be adjusted against the security deposit or charged separately where appropriate.
Payments
Payments must be made only through the payment method or payment link confirmed by ForestFrame or the connected booking platform. Guests should verify the room, dates, guest count and final amount before completing payment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
All confirmed bookings are strictly non-cancellable, strictly non-reschedulable and non-refundable. Guests cannot move a confirmed booking to another date, convert the amount into a credit or voucher, or obtain a refund for cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure or a shortened stay. Please read the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy before confirming payment. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Changes outside our control
Events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, utility or connectivity disruption, safety concerns or other force-majeure circumstances, may affect facilities or operations. Such events do not create a guest right to cancel, reschedule, transfer, obtain a credit or obtain a refund for a confirmed booking. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Website and intellectual property
Website text, branding, photographs, videos, graphics and design elements are owned by or licensed to ForestFrame and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
